Kharizma is the first daughter that we kept back from our boy Yukon, but an example of an amazing daughter from our girl Kharma. This girl is a medium sized female with beautifully pigmented reds and a lighter, more open and traditional face like both of her parents. She is an incredibly sweet girl who is bold and happy, especially when there are new visitors for a pack hike!

      Kharizma comes from some amazing bloodlines. She is a daughter of our Kharma and Yukon team Casa Ortiz. This combines V Madrid von Simpor, V Gin vom Frankengold, VA Paer vom Hasenborn, 2x VA1 Remo v. Fichtenschlag, 2x VA1 Vegas du Haut Mansard, VA Digger von Edelweiss, VA Goran vom Bierstadter Hof, and 2x VA Etoo aus Wattenscheid.

HEALTH

Kharizma is a second generation girl from our breeding program.

 

Her PennHip scores are RDI: 0.38 and LDI: 0.42, which puts her right above the average of the breed, with no signs of hip dysplasia found and beautiful structure for a shepherd (known to usually have flatter acetabular) to her xray.

 

Her elbows were also xrayed and graded as "Normal" by OFA, which is the best result.

She was tested as CLEAR for DM (Degenerative Myelopathy) through Gensol Genetic Testing. This means that even if bred with a dog who is Affected/At Risk for DM she cannot produce it in her puppies.

​

Kharizma's heart has been cleared by a canine cardiologist and her clearance can be found in the OFA database. Her eyes were also evaluated by a canine Ophthalmologist and found to be clear as well through OFA(Orthopedic Foundation for Animals).
